4. Order Process

New Website Design + Setup: 48 hours after receiving all materials
Website Redesign: 48 hours after receiving all materials
Custom AI Automation: Timeline provided in custom quote

Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due after work is completed and approved by you
We accept PayPal and bank transfers
Invoice is issued after your approval of the completed work
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date

5.3 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription services (e.g., $25/month plan):

First payment is due after website approval
Subsequent payments are charged monthly
You may cancel with 30 days written notice

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

We provide unlimited revisions until you are satisfied
If we cannot meet your expectations, you do not pay anything
You only pay after you have reviewed and approved the work

This guarantee applies to new projects. It does not cover changes in project scope after approval or requests that significantly differ from the original brief.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and materials
Ensure you have rights to all content you provide (logos, images, text)
Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
Review deliverables and provide clear feedback
Not use the website for illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, images, text, etc.).

8.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of:

The completed website design
All custom graphics created for your project
Website source code

8.3 Third-Party Elements

Some elements may be subject to third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, plugins). We will inform you of any such restrictions.

8.4 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Hosting and Domain

9.1 Hosting Services

For monthly subscription plans, hosting is included. We manage server maintenance, security updates, and backups.

9.2 Domain Registration

Domain registration is included in monthly plans. The domain is registered in your name - you retain full ownership.

9.3 Service Termination

If you cancel your subscription:

Domain transfer assistance is available
30 days notice is required for migration assistance

10. Support and Maintenance

Monthly Plans: Ongoing free support included
One-time Projects: 30 days free support after delivery
Response Time: We aim to respond within 3 business hours

Support includes bug fixes, minor text changes, and technical assistance. Major changes or new features may require additional fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for losses due to third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars)
We are not responsible for business losses resulting from website downtime

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

Services will be performed professionally and with reasonable care
The website will function as demonstrated upon delivery

We do not guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings or traffic results
Business outcomes or revenue increases
100% uptime (though we strive for maximum availability)

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

With 30 days written notice for subscription services
Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wroclaw, Poland.
